About the centre

The Centre for Professional Development and Training (CPDT) is a training unit of the SALT Institute.

The Sundoulos Advanced Leadership Training (SALT) Institute is an accredited university located in Accra, Ghana, but with affiliates across Africa. The Institute specializes in offering postgraduate degree programmes and is focused on raising global transformational leaders.

The Institute, realizing the importance of capacity building as an effective tool for enhancing the efficiency of staff in any organization, established the Centre to deliver quality training courses and programmes to equip participants for better performance in their work places.
